Business Plans

The feasibility study may be completed by a comprehensive Business Plan to analyze all the aspects of the the projected investment or business venture, including market perspectives, legal environment, business structuring, financing and economic projections and SWOT analysis.

Environmental impact study and permit application

We help you produce and submit adequate and comprehensive documents supporting your request for approval to the statutory authorities (environmental impact, safety and pollution control, building license, etc.).

Structured Finance

On the basis of the feasibility study, the project is checked against the financial and insurance packages and insurance packages available on the market.

Project scope analysis & contract strategy

If the project is feasible and bankable, an execution plan has to be defined. This plan would take into consideration the market constraints of available technology, Engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, O&M components.

Call for tender write-up and tender management

Once the execution plan is defined, the tendering package (scope, contract basis, timing) has to be organized and managed up to a satisfactory selection of suppliers.

O&M

O&M execution philosophy is defined on the basis of a proper search and inspection of available service suppliers and relevant facilities.
