activities for investments projects in the following areas:

- Project Financing.
BEN develops cash flow scenarios obtained from the
analysis of the following elements:
- Market Analysis developed with own methodologies
- Investment, operating and financial costs
- Technical surveys (country and/or site)
- Environmental risk assessment.
The evaluations produced by BEN focus on the ability of
the business to generate cash on the basis of the operating income and
costs before financial items.
The evaluations apply both a deterministic and statistical approach
based on integrated software frames. Such frames employ the Monte Carlo
methodology and other market intelligence tools.
On the basis of such analysis it is easy to evaluate the value of the
investment. The work done is often covered by a comprehensive Business
Plan.
After a successful merger or acquisition process, it is often required
to introduce changes in the acquired company's approach to business, in
order to achieve integration and operating synergies with the Buyer's
organization.
In this case BEN may follow-up the M&A activities by assisting the
customer to identify and implement suitable new work processes.
