 Joint Ventures

One of the most effective ways to start a new venture is to make an alliance with other operators. This may come as an opportunity or as a need.

Joining forces with another company is advisable when each party provides competences and resources that are complementary to each other for the scope of the new activity. In this case there are grounds to build a fruitful and long lasting cooperation.

Such cooperation may be established as a cooperation agreement, a Joint Venture, a Partnership or a Consortium. Each case involves different spilts of responsibility with respect to the achievement of the established goals.

Joint Venture is a cooperation agreement finalized to a specific project, whilst a Partnership is a cooperation in more than one project. A Consortium comes when a group of companies is formed to join forces and promote a common objective or to tackle a project to the benefit of all members.

BEN assists its Clients to set up operating Joint Ventures abroad and in particular in those countries where BEN has been active before and/or where its network is present on permanent basis.
