BEN carries out industrial marketing research (B2B) in a variety of sectors on behalf of its clients.

The research work goes along the following stages.

  • Problem discovery and definition: this task is carried out in close cooperation with the Client at the very start of the assignment. The marketing problem is carefully thought out, so that the research may properly address it.
  • Research design: after the research problem has been formulated, a master plan will be developed in order to specify the methods and procedures for collecting and analyzing the needed information.
  • Sampling: sampling involves a procedure that uses a small number of items or parts of the population to make a conclusion regarding the whole population.
  • Data gathering: once the research design and the sampling plan have been defined, the researcher will collect the data required.
  • Data processing and analysis: after the fieldwork has been completed the data will be converted into a format that will answer the Client's queries.
  • Conclusions and report: the conclusion and report preparation stage consists of interpreting the information and making conclusions for managerial decisions.
